Lachance Robotics is a brand of Lachance Gravel inc. We take the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA (Canada).
Information we collect
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect: your name, business email, phone number, type of establishment, approximate surface area, region, message, and the challenges you check. That's it. We do not collect anything else without your knowledge.
Why
Solely to contact you back and answer your inquiry. No resale, no sharing with third parties, no automatic newsletter enrollment.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as it remains useful to an active business file. If no exchange has taken place for 24 months, we delete your data on request or during our annual review.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your information, its correction, or its deletion. Write to annik@lachancegravel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Our site uses only technical cookies necessary for basic functionality (language preference, security). No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
Security
